Glasgow Science Centre’s online science festival about climate change will take place 29 September – 1 October and everyone aged seven and upwards is invited.
Curious About Our Planet will help people uncover the impact of climate change and discover how they can contribute to a more sustainable planet.
The festival is a three-day extravaganza of environment-themed live and interactive talks, exhibitions, hands on activities and more.
Glasgow Science Centre’s team has designed the festival as an introduction to the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26), which is happening in the city in November.
There will be live, interactive sessions on “What is COP26” and a chance to chat with big employers on what the green jobs of the future might be, and how to get one.
Experts in seabirds and offshore energy will also answer questions, share tips and explain how people can get involved.
The festival is free and open to everyone, just register on https://curiousabout.glasgowsciencecentre.org/.
