Who Are We?

Glasgow’s Leading Attractions brings you ‘Things to do in Glasgow’: top attractions, exclusive offers and the latest events - all in one place! Whether you’re new to the city, a seasoned local or just passing by, we share Glasgow’s must-see attractions, hidden gems and family-friendly days out.

Glasgow’s Leading Attractions, or GLA for short, began in 2001 with the vision to bring together and promote the best attractions in the city to both locals and visitors.

With that aim in mind, we’ve grown from a small group to 14 members today. These are the Willow Tea Rooms, Celtic Park, Ibrox, Scottish Football Museum and Hampden Stadium Tour, Soar at Intu Braehead, Sea Life Loch Lomond, Sweeney’s Cruises, Glasgow Science Centre, The Tall Ship, Glasgow Museums, Glasgow City Sightseeing, Timberbush Tours, Glengoyne Distillery and The Hunterian Art Gallery and Museum.

In order to ensure we promote only the best attractions, we have a rigorous screening process for membership so you can be confident that your experience in Glasgow will be worthwhile.
